Question: How much do
these machines cost?
Answer : We have
several machines and lots of different programs. I can
promise you this: no matter which machine you choose we’ll
show you a way that you can have a super automatic coffee
machine.
Question: What if I
don’t have a water source close-by?
Answer: For all our
super automatic coffee machines we can place a 5 gallon
water bottle below and connect it to a special pump .
Another choice is to run a water line from your water source
, put on one of our high-end filters, and provide all the
water you can use automatically.
Question: What if I
find after I have the machine for a while that I am not
satisfied with it or I am not selling enough drinks to
justify having it.
Answer: Like a car
lease, once you have made the decision to lease the super
automatic coffee machine you are obligated to continue to
make your payments until your lease is concluded . However,
if you believe you can’t sell at least 2or 3 cups per day,
which covers the lease for the day, you shouldn’t get the
machine in first place. Do you honestly believe you won’t be
able to sell 2 to 3 cups a day?
Question: If I want to
pay off the lease early, can I do that?
Answer: Yes.
Question: If I sell my
business, can the next owner continue with the lease?
Answer: Yes.
Question: How long
does it take to get repair service after I call?
Answer: Not later then
the next day. Usually it’s the same day.
Question: If I need to
move the machine, what do I do?
Answer: Call .We will
move it for you.
Question: How long can
I try out the machine before I make a decision .
Answer: We offer a two
day free trial . The reason we chose this length of time is
that virtually every person in your office (many of your
customers) will have the opportunity to tell you whether
they like the specialty coffees and other gourmet beverages
. That’s the most important factor .
Once you know they do
, the next thing that you need to know is: Is the machine as
easy to operate and to maintain as we said it was .
If you find your
customers (employees ,guests , clients) love the beverages
and the super automatic coffee machine works exactly the way
we tell you it will , then there should be no further time
necessary to determine that it’s right for you . We’ve given
you all the other information you need to help you make an
informed decision .
Question: If I get one
of the super automatic coffee machines , can I have decaf
coffee?
Answer: Yes however ,
you’ll have to give up one of the flavors because we would
need to use one of those canisters to replace the ingredient
that is currently in there with decaf espresso coffee . Once
replaced you will now have all of the normal selections with
a decaf option . You now have twice the selections .
Question: If I want
hot water for tea , can I replace one of the other beverage
choices with hot water?
Answer: Yes however
you will have one less flavor on your machine.
Question: Am I
required to purchase the products from you?
Answer: No. You may
purchase products from anyone you wish. However there are
several reasons why you probably won’t want to. First, our
products are exceptional. It required over a year in testing
to create the finest products possible. Second , you’ll
never find them less expensive than we charge. Third we
deliver by UPS 2 day ground and you don’t pay for shipping.
Finally, as long as you purchase the products from us, you
won’t have to pay for the labor service calls for as long as
you own the machine after the first year warranty on labor
and parts has concluded.
Question:
Can I put
Starbucks beans in my CP Automatic grinder 2500, 3500 or
4500?
Answer: Yes. However,
if you choose to change beans after your machine is
delivered, you need to let us know because there’s a simple
adjustment that we need to make because some beans are more
oily than others or have less fat content.
Question: Is there
really that much difference between one coffee bean and
another?
Answer: Yes .Every
bean is different. To create the best cup of coffee possible,
you should use the best beans you can get. It’s like the old
computer adage, “Garbage in-garbage out”. Don’t try to save
a penny or two on the cost of your coffee and buy cheap
beans. The difference between a high-quality bean and a
low-quality bean is just a few cents. But the taste
difference can be tremendous.
